Ingredients:
- 🥬 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 🌿 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 🧀 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 🧀 1/2 cup sour cream
- 🧀 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 🌶️ Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌶️ 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the cheese and veggies: Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Then fold in the chopped artichokes and drained spinach until everything is well mixed.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish or an oven-safe skillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve: Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, bread slices, or fresh veggies.
