Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cabbage 🥬
- 1 lb ground beef 🥩
- 1 cup cooked rice 🍚

- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce 🍅
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes 🍅
- 1 tbsp brown sugar 🍂
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Instructions:
- Prepare Cabbage Leaves:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and boil them for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, , cooked rice, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff and Roll:
- Place a spoonful of filling on each cabbage leaf. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Place rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Pour over the cabbage rolls.
- Bake:
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5-2 hours, or until cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through.
