- 1 lb ground beef π
- 1 onion, diced π§
- 3 cloves garlic, minced π§
- 1 green bell pepper, diced πΆοΈ
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes π
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce π
- 1 cup beef broth π²
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce πΆ
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning πΏ

- Salt and pepper to taste π§
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni π
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese π§

π Instructions:
- Cook the Beef:
- In a large pot or skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the Veggies:
